Located in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains, Provo Canyon School (PCS) has campuses in Provo and Springville, Utah. Its two locations allow Provo Canyon School to cater to the specific needs of different gender and age groups. As a licensed residential psychiatric treatment facility, the school uses evidenced-based therapeutic learning techniques to help children and young adults who struggle academically, developmentally, and/or behaviorally.
For the past 40 years, PCS has paired academic excellence with effective therapeutic treatment at its residential campuses. Enrolling students from across North America, the school has created programs for grades 3 through 12. Small class sizes ensure that each student receives personalized attention. With learning methods designed to improve both academic performance and personal growth, PCS’ year-round schedule allows students to overcome any learning gaps in a safe and supportive environment.
In addition to academic programs, the school offers specialty therapy groups for students struggling with issues such as substance abuse, anger management, or family tension. Groups with a skill-development focus are also available, cultivating student abilities in sports, art, and independent living skills.
